Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Clawdi AI Employee service ("Service") offered by AI Mastery ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Clawdi is a done-for-you AI employee service. We custom-build, configure, and deploy an AI agent tailored to your business workflows. The Service includes:

• A custom onboarding and scoping session.
• Build and configuration of your AI agent within 5 business days of completed onboarding.
• 14 days of post-launch hands-on support and fine-tuning.
• Optional ongoing hosting ($25/month) and Agent Care plan ($25/month additional).

The one-time build fee is $1,000 USD, payable in full before work begins. This fee covers the custom build and 14-day support window. Ongoing hosting and Agent Care are optional recurring subscriptions billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Due to the custom, done-for-you nature of this service, we do not offer refunds once the build process has commenced (i.e., after you have completed onboarding and we have begun scoping your agent). If you have paid but have not yet completed onboarding, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].

To deliver your AI employee, you agree to:

• Complete the onboarding questionnaire accurately and in full.
• Provide access to the tools, accounts, and workflows necessary for the build.
• Respond to clarification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Maintain any third-party subscriptions required for your agent to function (e.g., OpenAI API, Telegram, Gmail).

Delays caused by incomplete onboarding or unresponsiveness may extend the 5-business-day delivery window.

Upon full payment, you own the custom configuration and workflows built for your AI employee. AI Mastery retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in the build process. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the build as a standalone product or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results achieved through use of the Service will vary based on your individual circumstances, effort, and business context.

Your AI employee may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Notion, Telegram). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect your agent's functionality.

Either party may terminate the ongoing hosting or Agent Care subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination of hosting, your AI employee will cease to operate on our infrastructure. You retain the right to migrate your agent configuration to your own infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Mastery operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
